This type of company is the most common entity in Bulgaria and it is comparable to the English private company limited by shares.

• 5% dividend tax in case of sharing the dividends
• 20% VAT
• The shareholders could be one or more
• Shareholder can also be the director of the company
• There is no requirement for a local shareholder or director or secretary
• No annual fees for keeping the registration of the company
• Shareholders are not responsible for any company’s debts
• Share capital starts from 1 euro
